A Loss 2

Wow, I had a pint of ice cream yesterday and still lost a pound.  I wonder if I will see it on my waist tomorrow.  I am under alot of financial stress right now, and it has caused a rash on my entire body.  I use to eat to feelings of stress, now I am itching to it.  I am not sure the trade off is fair.  But then again, I did lose a pound.
