well one week down

well one week ago today I began my journey to a new me. I am Happy to say that my weight has decreased... one scale says 415 and the other scale says 411....so I am not sure which one to go by....either way I am Happy. Even if I go with the 415 that is still 8.8 lbs gone. I even started telling a few more of my co-workers what I am doing because I am always being offered goodies at work such as cup cakes or cookies and I turn them down. (Even though in the past I would have grabbed one without a second thought!! ) But anyway they are very encouraging and Happy to hear that I am making positive changes in my life.
