very shocked!!!

This morning after I woke up to get ready for work I decided to weigh myself and see what it was. Well at first I was sure my scale was broken because it said 406.2. So I got my scale and stood on it.....405.4. 😳😜

I am scared that this is too good to be true and that something  is wrong with my scales or something because it is hard to believe that since August 1st I have gone from 423.8 to 405.4!!! My mom and hubby told me to just keep doing what I am doing and dont try to over analyze stuff. But wow I am getting kinda excited too because pretty soon I will be out of the 400's and I haven't been in probably 5 or so years!!!
