One Year = 91 pounds GONE FOREVER!!!

On Feb 10th... I had my BAND VERSARY!!!! One year!!! WOw did it go FAST!  I am SO proud and happy! Amazing is the word I describe my first year jourmey!!  91 pounds GONE FOREVER!! I am now 228!! My life has changed SO MUCH!! As much as many of you... emotionally, physically of course.... I feel somewhat normal again .  My Doc was very happy. What sticks out in my mind of what he said was.... Darla.. a couple more pounds and you will no longer be morbibly obese!! I never thought of it that way!! What an impact in my life. I am more determined that ever. I know I still have a ways to go..... but I feel at this point I can do what I set my mind to. Thanks to all of you for the kind words and the truths.... to help keep me motivated to change my life.
