Homestretch, Finally

I have to admit I did learn things in the nutrition classes afterall.  I have one more class to go and then back to my PCP for referal.  I hope this goes quick, I am so tired of being big, sluggish and just plain worn out.  I have no one but myself to blame, but it still sucks.  Have you ever been so sick of over eating that you really just are not hungry?  Lately that is exactly what I feel like.  Okay, enough pitty party stuff. 

I hope by letting everyone check this blog, may be I can help someone else who put off taking care of themselves, and finally make a move toward getting healthy.
