My Journey has just began...

Hello OH Friends,
First i want to say i'm excited and scared at the same time, for health reasons I'm excited but, scared that i might not weak up to enjoy it all  :((.......

I am currently completing pre-op classes, waiting to be put on waiting list.  I choice San Diego, Pacific Bariatric to have the RNY surgery with Dr. Zorn and his team.   I'm at 237lbs., BMI = 43.3 with Heart failure, High blood pressure, Sleep apnea, High cloistral.  I'm feeling the worst i've ever felt.  i started walking but feel like my heart is going to come out of my chest. I know that walking it out will make the difference on how i feel, doing it is the hardest part.

 My goal is to loss total of  100 lbs.
