Back on Weight Loss Diet

I have resumed the weight loss diet to finally take off the last ten pounds to attain my personal weight loss goal.

Hope to have this gone by the first of the year.

Will be a difficult road with the holidays around the corner. Would love to hear how you are planning on staying true during the holidays.
