Still having husband issues...

I bought us a gym membership thinking it would be a good family thing to do, and forgetting about our past gym experiences. He is a gym rat, could be there all day taking his time doing EVERYTHING! I get 1 mile done to his quarter mile. His pace doesn't bother me but what does bother me is that I am done at least an hour before him and I am tired and ready to go home. I do not like to be in the gym all day! I give myself roughly an hour to take care of business and split!

I did see the nut and psychologist this week. The nut wasn't too worried about my need to get protein in from supplements, she said just try to get more food in. My calories, carbs, and sugar are all good but they both said to pump up the exercise to break my stall and lose more faster (hence the gym membership). Two things up there bothered me: 1) their scale says I am 210, mine said 204.5, and 2) they weren't very impressed with my current weight loss, which was very disappointing to me. But I did add the exercise and broke the stall again...201 baby! Biggest goal right now ONEDERLAND! 

I am starting to lose my hair and started freaking out but then I looked at the situation and decided that there was nothing I could do but add some hair supplements and keep getting in all my protein. So I am going to get my hair trimmed and some shorter layers add to make it fuller and found a new makeup that covers my imperfections which makes me feel much better!!!

One more thing I learned this week, I need a laxative and a little Miralax goes a long way!

I am so thankful for my tool! This was a great decision and I can't wait to have more stamina at the gym!
