CLD Day 2

Well, day 1 went really, really well...I think having a set schedule works wonders! However, I'm only on day 2..lol..I didn't get any headaches throughout the day, made sure I had my protein and made sure I had enough liquids in me.  Last night about 9:30, I started to feel a headache coming on, so I decided that I would just go to bed, I fell asleep and that was the end of my day....A PRETTY SUCCESSFUL DAY, I might say!

Today, Day # 2, things are going very well....no headaches thus far, enjoying my liquids!  I have to, I have to have a positive frame of mind and look at the positive side of things. 

All in all I am  having a wonderful day! Its beautiful outside, wished I didn't have to work, but oh well, such is life.
