Giving up sweets is hard to do...

One of my biggest challenges since I've started my weight loss journey is giving up the cravings for sweets. I'm no candy addict, but the more i loose weight the more i cheat with sweets. I ate a whole kit-Kat bar yesterday that 410 cal, then i ate some chocolate later that evening. I'm so disappointed in myself. I dint know why i crave many unhealthy indulgences!! I realize that anytime I'm hungry i tend to much on sweets if i dint have some healthy to eat. I am putting myself on BLAST cause i need a wake up call. My surgery was the best thing that happened to me since the birth of my daughter. I refuse to loose this battle.

is it just me or finding and/or making tasty healthy meals is hard too dooo?
