Walking on the Treadmill

Well, for over a year my treadmill has been hidden under a bunch of "stuff."  Yesterday I spent the day cleaning everything off of it and walked for 2 minutes (I know you think what - only 2 minutes?).  Today I walked for 5 minutes.  I feel better mentally today (which is what I think is what I need).  Tomorrow I will do better.  I have to go find my MP3 player...that will help me.   

I have been reading and reading and reading everyone's experience about the WLS.  It's enlightening and helping me to wrap understand what I am about to undertake.  I want it so badly.  I am so tired of being unhealthy.  Here are the things that I want to be able to do that I can't rightnow:

Get up and down from the ground/floor like I used to.
Take my dogs for long walks.
Play tennis (subject to my RA - last time I tried it took weeks for my wrists and ankles to recover).
Fit into nice looking clothes and not drapes.
Dance, dance, dance and dance more.
Wear a swimsuit in public.
Wear shorts in public.
Fly to visit my daughter and grandchildren and not worry about fitting into the seat or asking for a seatbelt extension.
Love myself!

I am so ready.  Bring it on.
