Unbelievable!!

Well, on Friday I got word that my psych evaluation was received. I emailed my insurance coordinator late on Friday and asked her what the psych had suggested. She told me that I had been cleared for surgery, no reservations. She also told me that it may take anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks to get a response from my insurance company.Today I was working around the house, laundry, etc. and didn't have my cell phone with me. Sometime this afternoon I pick up my phone and I missed a call but there's a message. I get a message from someone from my insurance coordinator's office and she says..."You've been approved for surgery by your insurance company." We're not talking about days...approval in hours. Holy moly!!! Thank you dear lord.
I just couldn't believe it. I now need to complete some paperwork and hand it in and then a schedule for surgery. I have already done a few of the things that are needed before surgery - I can thank my primary care physician for that. She told me to go ahead and have the stuff done even before I had sent in my paperwork for insurance approval.
I am now getting excited. I keep reading blogs to see how people are doing. I couldn't be happier right now.
