10 months

Well its been 10 month now and things are still going fine....down about 140lbs. Its hard to believe its only been 10 months.  I've started doing weights on top of my 1.5 hours of exercise and hopefully that will help with sagging skin. I am thinking of teaching a aquasize class at our local pool in the new year.

I have some issues with after dinner snacking which I am working on. I am a size 13/14 pants and a large top. The last week I haven't lost much but it fluctuates a bit. Its nice to be in the 180's. My goal is still to be at 165 lbs by my surgiversary. We will see how that goes. In August I only lost 7.1 pounds which is still good but it is definitely slowing down.
