  • Cats - I have a one-eyed wonder kitty. A stray we saved named K.C.
  • Dogs - I have 11 dogs that are my babies
  • Billiards & Pool - My hubby & I play pool every once in a while. He gets mad because I beat him!
  • Computer Games - I play spades at playcards.net. Great group of friends!
  • Horseback Riding - I love horseback riding, just haven't been in a long time!
  • Swimming - We just put a pool in summer, 2003. Love to swim!
  • Tattoo - I have two tattoos; a rose and a four leaf clover with hubby's name
  • Grandchildren - I have three grandchildren, Beau, Dylan & Danica. We have custody of Dylan.
  • Married - Married to a wonderful man i met on the internet 7 years ago!

I know it has been a while since I updated. I am down -103 lbs. I finally made it to the century club. I haven't had any real problems other than wanting to graze. Power Crunch bars always satisfy my cravings and they are sooooo good

Happy New Year!! I am down to 194 pounds! Will I ever make it to the century club!! Protein, water, exercise is gonna do it for me!! I really enjoy the Matrix 5.0 protein powder in chocolate and vanilla (mix 1/2 scoop of each with 8 oz carb countdown milk). It tastes reallyyyy good! I purchase mine from www.absolutesupplements.com where I get the best pricing for the product and the best shipping charges. Power butter is another essential for me. It is peanut butter with flax seed and it has 32 gr of protein per serving. You use it just like regular peanut butter. You can also order it from www.absolutesupplements.com or www.powerbutter.com or you can buy it locally at most GNC stores. I have a recipe web site on yahoo that was formed before my wls but most of the recipes posted can be modified for us to enjoy. Several members have joined and it is getting really good! I am 38 years old and have been overweight for the last 15 years. I am so ready for this surgery but it will be a long wait. I have called a surgeon in Birmingham and he does not have an opening until September. I am waiting a packet of information that they send out before I can actually make the appointment. I have spent numerous hours on this web site and the support is awesome. I look forward to becoming a part of this family! Any and All emails are welcome! :)
