Hello,
I have been blogging for my personal benefit.  Trying to work thorough some struggles and I have been marking them for my own eyes only.  I am currently weighing 163 pounds. I have been down as low as 147 pounds. I have not been using my tool in the correct manner  not getting my protein nor exercising.  But I realize what it is.   I am having problems with this fibroid. I am  no longer working out with my cousin who is the personal trainer.  He is having some medical issues right now but I have a new trainer that I am workiing with and a new nutrtionist so I am back on the road to recovery.  Not a failure just set backs that I will over come because I am a conqueror.  I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.   Will post some pictures soon.
