Hello,I started options this Thursday will be 10 weeks. I started at 250 pounds. I am down 12 pounds and my goal is to lose 25 lbs before surgery. I dont have a date yet. This Thursday I get to weigh in. I need friends and to hear your experience, strength, and hope. I need to know the do`s and the don't`s! Please share with me your positive and negatives.
