Kaiser Options Class # 11

This last week I gained 3 pounds. I think the food portions crept back. I also notice I didnt drink enough water and I didnt exercise this week.  I will change this starting now.  Kaiser is backed up to see the Surgeon by 3 months after graduation. I feel anxious about it. graduation is at 12 weeks.

I also go to OA meetings, Kaiser support group once a month with people who had the surgery and who are going to have the surgery. I am glad to know they are adding a couple of more classes.

I started at 250 pounds and i am down 11 pounds now counting the 3 pound weight gain this week.
I feel awful but will keep trudging.
