Walked 1 & 1/3 Mile Today - 5 days out

Today I continue to use my incentive respirator to help prevent fluid go to my lungs and chest.

Today I walked 1.3 miles. I feel good. yes I walked slow around the neighborhood. I feel good.

Today I also took a strip of Gax - x.  I exchanged my zip up robes from 3 x to 2 x. yippeeee!

As of yesterday I lost my surgery IV fluid gain. Yipppeeee.  I just got off the scale and weigh 232.2. :)

My nose started to run after the walk and do not know what that means,.   I get hiccups and figured I am full.

Also after surgery is not a good idea to go on the pc..  i emailed everyone but who i wanted to email. I was seeing double vision.   but everything understoond..  thank you  :)
