Head Hungry - My Experience

As of Feb 21st I have been on puree foods.  It wasnt until I started to eat...  that first bite....  Head Hunger kicked in. 
Its weird, I can cook food for my son, I can even smell it. BUT...  when i take the first bite.. OMG   the head starts running and my eyes BUG OUT.  I want to eat more than I am allowed.  I stop and pray....sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt.  I do remove myself from the kitchen or food and it really takes about 30 to 45 minutes ( sometimes )  to go away.

That first bite....  ughhhhh...   like witch blaire in the exorcist.... 
My Head Hunger is awful.

So, by the grace of GOD I have not acted on it. I have removed myself. I feel like my head is getting sober.  What I realize I am doing is creating a good habit.  This feels good. I do have the faith that within time, it will just be an automatic behavior.

I dont know about tomorrow.... but all i have is today.  Today and sometimes the moment I work on not over eating.

I am grateful for my physical tool.  I love my sleeve.
