Hey OH Family!We've been on this long road together and my journey has been well worth its trials and tribulations. I am still enjoying my progress, I'm hoping for about 30 more pound loss even though most of my friends and family says that will be too much. I must admit I'm nervous, nervous about ever being that size again. I must make a conscious effort on a daily basis about my life choices. I never want to feel as bad about myself again like I did when I was 371 pounds. So OH friends if you have some of those same kind of feelings I say to you hang in there, be encouraged and continue to trust yourself. That advice I am first partaker of.
