Pre-Surgical Class Today

Today I attended my pre-surgical class in Kingston ON.  INFORMATION OVERLOAD LOL.  The dietician provided so much information in a two hour period...thank goodness for handouts.  It is a little overwhelming right now, realizing the huge changes I have to do in the next couple of months but I am so ready.  I will be so happy not to struggle to paint my toe nails and be able to go down the slide with my kiddies :)
