Thanks Sherry A for taking the time to try and help me. It made me feel better just to know that I not the only one having this problem. I did finally get out of the 220's. I weighed myself last Saturday, Jan. 30, 2010. The scale said 221lbs.. I refused to get back on that scale for one week, it almost killed me!!! I held out though and I walked 5 miles everyday on my treadmill. Well, the following Saturday, Feb. 6, 2010 I went to see my old friend, that I had missed so much, and he(the scales) said 216lbs.. I was like a kid at Christmas. I hope you are down in the 60's by now. Don't give up, exercise more, and even though it will be hard, only get on the scales once or twice a week.
