I'M BACK

Hey out there! I been out of pocket for a while, it's good to be back. The last time I logged in was Feb. 8.
On that day I weighed 216. Today, April 17, I weighed in at 189. That's 89lbs since my surgery on Nov.30,2009. I don't go back to Dr. King until May 25, I hope I can get down to at least 178 by then. That will be 100lbs. in 6 months. I feel great. I am still walking and the whole family has joined Anytime Fitness. We all go at least 4 days a week. I'm hoping I can tighten up some of this sagging skin. Wish me luck. Until next time, Good Luck to everybody. Talk to ya  soon.
