Too sick, no fair for me

I have been sick with this cold for 3 weeks now. I feel too bad to take my children to the fair. Thank God for my niece who is stepping in my place to take these teens out there. I am going to see my PCP on Monday to get some relief for this ailment. I think it has turned into Bronchitis. My immune system is shot I know! This has never happened to me before, I have always been able to fight off infection. I have to blame the surgery however I still don't regret having it.
