 Today was a pretty good day, as long as I prepare myself in advance all seems to be working .  I find that if I drink lots of fluids inbetween meals and snacks I do okay.  The mind is a battle that I am not giving into, though tempted.  Nothing taste as good as reaching my goal and being healthy feels.  I have to keep telling myself that constantly..

snack- tuna 150
lunch- salad w/tuna 180
dinner- soup 360
salad- 40
seaweed- 60
