it's been too long.. here's why

I want to give you as much info as possible without boring you... so here goes. Between Christmas and the New Year... I was at the PC one night and suddenly started with a neck pain... I blamed the PC and got off. The next morning it was worse.. NOT A SORE THROAT NECK PAIN, COULD BARELY MOVE IT. By Tuesday ( that was Sunday) I was in the ER with great pain, I cannot take pain meds.. due to some horrible allergies. It, if you can beleive it, progressively got worse over the next few days they finally determined it was a THROAT INFECTION? So started me on Antibiotics which I got a SERIOUS oral infection - similar to thrush along with a swollen uvula, and an enormous amount  of sores. When if finally began to subside i found my self with stomach pain, bloating! After talking to my DR. and friends I was convinced it was my gall bladder. After a battery of tests including a HID-A-SCAN, ALL TEST SHOWED NOTHING WRONG WITH MY GALL BLADDEr!

BUT, during the battery of tests they found some "legions on my kidneys.... what????????? I didn't have time for it right then so I continued to concentrate on the gall bladder. Well once that was over I had a MRI & CT and visited the urologist. He determined that I had two spots of interest on my kidneys.  The one on the left was INSIDE my kidney but didn't really look cancerous, but if it did need to be removed it could cause me to lose that kidney due to it;s location in the kidney. The one on the right DID look more "cancerous" but it was on the outside and should it need to be remvoved it would be an easier task and would probably not risk that kidney.

I guess from what I understand, this is the kind of Cancer scare that's not so scarry... dunno it's my only one. I took it really well! No! Really! I wasn't scared or bothered, perplexed but that's it.

I thought of how that Gall bladder episode was a farce to get me into see someone about something that was a-symptomatic and possibly growing. This was not there during my pre-op tests for my gastric bypass the one year prior..

So far all I was to do was wait... I will have those tests again in April to see if there'd been any visible growth, If it grew I will need to have surgery. If not retest in 3 more months.

BUT GOD! I sincerely believe that God alllowed the gall bladder symptoms so that I could see the Kidneys.. and then watch what he was going to do! I'm expecting a miracle!

Okay. BUT LAST WEEK I WAS BLESSED WITH BRACHIOPLASTY!!!! DID YOU HEAR ME BLESSED WITH IT. MY INSURANCE PAID FOR IT BECAUSE MY SKIN WAS SOOOOO DAMAGED AND SAGGING SO BAD THAT IT WAS NECESSARY! The surgery took about 3 hours out patient, plus recovery. They took out 1.5lbs. ( NO I DIDN'T SEE IT ON THE SCALE  ROFL ). The incisions are huge! But it was virtually painless! Just some pinching and burning, nothing requiring pain meds.  II'm recovering well.  Again THANK YOU JESUS!!! WHAT A MIGHTY GOD I SERVE!
