Today marks day 13 post-op and I am happy with the results thus far! I had some coco wheats thinned down with some muscle milk light- 4 small bites and I was full. I am struggling to get the amount of protein in that I should and that is an understatement.. I have developed an intolerance to whey proteins although muscle milk light doesn't seem to cause the urge to vomit quite as bad. Will be trying a few other sources of proteins such as vegan protein tea and egg white protein this week.. we will see how that goes!
