Well shopping again this weekend. The Salvation Army store has become my favorite-inexpensive and good finds. I dropped to a size 12 now and a large shirt. I started at a 22 so I am very proud of myself.
It is great to wear dresses and not have to worry about my tighs rubbing together.....
