Completely Off Track

Well, it's been almost 2 years since my lapband surgery and I'm completely off track. I was doing so good at the beginning and then slowly I started up with my old eating habits. It all spiraled down when I went on a family vacation to Orlando and then on a cruise to the Bahamas. My bras are a bit tight and I can see and feel my old weight silently creeping up again. I had a fill back in September, but I kinda let it all go.

I went for another fill today and I'm up to 223 pounds. That really, really hurts, and I'm going to get back on track. I don't want to regain all of that extra weight. I want to reach my goal of 160 pounds.
