It's been 3 years since I've written

Wow, 3 years! Since my last blog, I have: owned a salon with my wife, lost another 50 lbs, gained 20, got back on track to lose the 20 and ttc...I feel like I have so much to write and do not know where to start. A great friend of mine told me tonight she was looking into bariatric surgery and it helped to inspire me to get back on obesityhelp.
