    Those were my Primary Doctors words to me once he opened his eye in the room I was in today. It felt so nice. I had thrown on a sundress and flats hair whatever way to cover it needed a washing . I went in sick and still looked Good oh baby !! I must be doing something right. It sure made my day for sure.
       Just a word of encouragement to everyone since  We need to hear how far we have come on a daily basis at times. I have really been getting down on myself for not staying as active and on top of my game seeing no weight loss in a long time. clothing alright but I want more. Be patient with yourself and look through another's eyes as your own view may be warped
