OK, I went to a seminar explaining the procedure and cost but I am lost as to what to do next.  I know that I need to see a dietician and do testing and all so I have made an appointment with my PCP.  Since she was the one that originally told me to think about the surgery, I assume she will know which way to lead me.  

Can anyone tell me what things I shoudl prepare for? I have CIGNA and I have printed out the requirements etc, but in what order do I do this stuff?
