I have lost 3 pounds this week so far according to the TOPS scale this morning on the liquid diet. I'm getting REALLY tired of Jello by now and ask for any prayers from anyone to help me get past this rough time because I got home today and looked in the cabinet and wanted a saltine cracker SO BAD!! ACK!! Back to the Jello... :( Gotta do this right this time, there is no turning back and there are no more chances again. This is my last one that Dr. Juarez has graciously given to me. I only had 3 shakes today instead of 5. Maybe that is why I feel so HUNGRY.......This too shall pass.....
