Maintaining

Well it hasn't been a month since I hit goal but I find myself wondering "what's next". Keeping on keeping on is what. Now I buckle down and really face the old demons, find out how to maintain, how to keep active with winter coming on, how to handle the holidays, and how to live with myself. I don't have the answers but I intend to put as much effort into finding the answers as I have losing my weight and learning about the band.

Once again, I think I'm a tiny bit too tight. I eat just fine, mostly, no reflux or heartburn, etc. but some days it is hard to get in enough protein that is dense, and I want to be sure I can add a few calories without grazing or resorting to junk. I don't want to lose more, and I will have to walk a tightrope to stay where I am. So, thinking of a .25cc unfill. I am extremely tight in the morning, cottage cheese, yogurt, or greek yogurt are difficult to get down. Liquids are ok. Lunch is hard, too, and if not careful it is easy to get stuck. in order to get dense protein and enough I sort of have to graze. Dinner is fine, but due to early day tightness I have to eat in the evening even though I am not hungry at all. Head hunger not included. This is not how I want to stay, so calling the surgeons office today.
