Today was the big day
on August 1, 2012 10:34 pm
Today I finaly hit 200lbs. I can not even decribe what this means to me. I have not weighed this much since the begining of middle school. My main goal was to get to 200. Now I am working on getting the rest of the extra weight off and finding a good middle ground that I feel is good for me. It is amazing. I look at the scale and can see the weight is gone. My clothes no longer fit another sign that the weight is gone. Yet in my mind I catch myself seeing me as still being at my biggest weight. It has been a very long journy to get to the point i am at now. I would not change my decision tho. All my other health problems that i had are now gone. I am able to jog and not be out of breath or thinking I am going to die. This was the best thing I have have done for myself in my life.

My Story

Hello my name is Frank and I am from Jackson Michigan. I have struggled with my weight all of my life. As I started to get a little older I started having more and more medical problems. This year I decided to something about my weight and I am having gastric bypass on April 23rd of this year. So this is the start of my journey.
