3 week bmi progress!!

BMI edited....  bmi at 3 weeks was 13.3 to go for goal!


OMG! 

i can't believe this is really happening!  not only is there real and tangible progress, but, i'm feeling the difference.  and i have HOPE that it is for really real!

i am using a fork now... hallelujah!  my surgeon ok'd me to start on soft foods so i began with fish.  yummo!  i also bought a medium top... and, i didn't expect it to fit yet.  but, i put it on today just to see... it fits!  kinda tight, but not obscenely so.  joy!

i've not taken bp meds since surgery except a couple of times.  my bp is so low now that i won't have to take them again it appears!  yay!!!

i am exceedingly pleased.
