week 13

I am really starting to see the difference in my body now. Another 3lbs lost this week putting me at 228. Everytime I go to a different tens place, it is really exciting. Cant wait to reach the teens now. I am doing a lot better getting in all my water regularly. I do need to work on taking my vitamins, I tend to forget alot. Something I am having trouble with and not sure what to do is my surgeon wants me to start walking an hour at least a few times a week. However, with my knee injury, it gets painful and I know it is further hurting my knee. I'm not sure what to do because the walking will help me lose more weight and therefore make my knee surgery more successful but the walking is also wearing down the cartilage that I can never get back. We shall see.
