I haven't posted in forever. I was working a lot for awhile. Visited my family over Christmas, At that time I was 212. I had been the same weight for about 2months, not really exercising and only half heartedly watching what I was eating. I recently got a 2nd wave of motivation and have been really pushing myself working out and watching my calorie intake. We are moving to the Gulf Coast the end of April and I'll be having my knee surgery so I want to lose as much as I can before then. I'm also thinking about trying for another baby the end of this year. I'd like to be at least 160 before getting pregnant again. My surgery anniversary is June 25th I'd REALLY like to be at least 174 by that point. That number would officially put me into the overweight, not obese, category. To reach this, I'd need to average at least 1.5lbs loss per week. I can do it. I've joined a support group on Facebook with an old classmate and it is really motivating me as I'm so competitive. Excited to get the ticker moving!
