Post-op issues

I am almost 7 yrs post op and I seem to be having more and more issues with heartburn and muscle spasms in my back.

They are so intense I usually have to go to the ER. I am not reading this is a common issue for us. The doctor has told me to take the Vicodin & muscle relaxers to help with the pain. I have been to the ER twice this month and each time I go I end up missing a week of work to recoup. Please someone I need some advise. I did the surgery to have more engery, I have none now and still have issues. We have run every test under the sun and everything is fine. My lil ones ask me everyday what hurts or are you still sick. I am missing so much. I wish I never did the surgery, but now I need to fix the daily pain I'm in. I get a B-12 shot every month and I am not starting to taking some vitamins since I am low in vitamin A, D, Calicum & Iron.

Please help!
