4.5 year check up

Well, I think I am back with a vengance. I have gained about 45lbs from my lowest weight. I have decided to start the process of having the DS. I still have 80 pounds to get to my ideal body weight.The phy. assistant yesturday at the doctor was asking me all sorts of questions making sure that I am for sure moving forward. I am actually excited about having the surgery done...besides the stinky gas...lol....but...I am pretty sure I can handle it...
I go back on April 13th for Dr. Foote's consultation in hopes of having the surgery pre summer time...
