Help asap

Hello. My name is Jude Boudreaux. I have had lap ban surgery since 2007 and have had an issue with it since I had my surgery. I now am having health issues with acid reflux eroding my esophagus away. I just went for testing and doctor wants to pull it and replace it with the sleeve. I agree. my problem is my insurance is Aetna and they are out of network and also does not cover bariatric surgery what so ever. Please I need help in a new insurance carrier so I can switch and get this out of me before it does more damage. Any suggestions on insurers in Louisiana? Please HELP.
