The Beginning

I began my weight loss surgery adventure last Thursday. I attened a free seminar host for the Bariatric Specialist of North Carolina at Rex Hospital in Raleigh, NC. There I recevied very valuable information about the different types of weight loss surgery. It was very enlighten, and I walked away certain that it was the right choice for me. I have decided to undergo the roux en y surgery. I do not have a surgery date set yet, but I hope to have that soon. I am very excited yet still a little nervous!!
