It's sinking in....slowly

It finally hit me this weekend. For those that have been through it, it's that feeling an realization that you've been given the "Golden Ticket". I won't have to put up with all of the FAT discrimination and humiliation of being obese. But that Golden Ticket does not come without a price to pay.

That price will come in the form of drastically changing how I eat on a meal to meal basis, my exercise habits, my relationships with my family. Right now, I realize that I've had no discipline in any area of my life. Thank GOD for the tool of the lap-band! I intend to use it to the fullest of it's ability.
