Janet's Action Plan

Over the years, I have gained - I have lost - etc. etc. just a continual cycle. I have been on everyone else's plans, programs, etc. I have put on weight and last night was thinking okay....which plan...what guidelines...I am a creature of habit...need a plan and guidelines. Then it dawned on me....my plan....do your plan. What did Dr. Stickler teach you? What did you do when you went from 333 lb. to 165 lb. So this time around is called "Janet's Action Plan" taking what I learned and what works for me and applying it. Baby Steps......Phase One.
Phase One YES - 1. Protein based meal - not worrying with counting calories - did not before and that worked. Not defined by numbers.
2. Nourishment every 3 hr. (protein based)
3. 8 - 8 oz. servings of water per day
4. take all my vitamins and supplements
5. walk a minimum of 30 minutes per day - and yes I am starting today :)
6. Not defined by scales - only weighing once a month. and then only judging my progress by my clothes - how tight or lose they are becoming.
PHASE ONE - NO 1. NO SUGAR....NO SWEETS....NO SNACKING........NO CRUNCHY SNACKS
