Optifast 1/2 way point...

 Well, I'm down 23 pounds with the chalky Optifast regime!  Feeling MUCH better!

Back ache problems have all but disappeared - wow - I can't imagine what life will be like months PostOp??

Only had a few times since OF that I was wanting "forbidden" stuff, small mental breakdowns here and there - but all in all, pretty smooth sailing.  1/2 way in, no turning back!

Got a summer cold - ugh - but on the upside, I can't taste the shakes!! :-)
