lost another 1lb this week & feel slightly better than last week (not so weak)Struggling with a bit of depression...I think its just the long dark days, but spring is coming so should be better then!!!
Feel so comfortable in my clothes now & arthritis is fairly good apart from my left knee, which is always quite bad....might have to go back to the hospital eventually!
