It's been a long time since I posted on here. Since then I changed jobs, enrolled in school, got separated from my wife Jennifer. Still trying to lose as I have regained some. Trying to stay focused on keeping my sanity in check and not losing focus on how I got here. Have to keep faith. That's about all I have right now to keep me going.

It's been 9 months since surgery, I am down 201lbs! yay!! It feels so great to have all that weight off of me! Only 75 more pounds to my goal!! 

Well, it's been six months since I had surgery. Down another 20lbs since my last visit with my surgeon. I just went yesterday. Have to get me labs drawn this Friday. I have a feeling their going to be low because I have been taking my vitamins just not as regular as I should! It was hard getting them down or taking them with anything. But I now found a way to get them down that works for me, applesauce and splenda! The vitamins kill the taste and look of the applesauce but then adding splenda to it gives it a sweeter taste that I can do! So total I have lost is about 183lbs! Feeling great!! Got some new/used clothes from a guy at my support group! Tried on the shorts and wow!! They fit! 46 shorts!! Haven't been in those since like,,ummmm maybe 1996ish? I don't know because its been THAT long!! Fitting into 2XL shirts now!! About the same time frame as well!! 6 More months to go!! 

I went to the Dr. today and was down another 20lbs!!! WOOHOOO.... Since January I am down 110lbs!!! Kick Ass!! 

I am now one week post op and this sip sip sip and walk walk walk thing is driving me nuts....I know I know keep doing it and it'll get better! Other than that I am ok. Not liking this constant diarrhea I am having! I see the Surgeon tomorrow for my post op check up!!
