3/27/02 Jim is now almost 5 months post-surgery and he is doing great! He is down over 150 pounds. He's walking around alot more than he used to. We actually go out and do things as a couple. We've started going garaging saling and grocery shopping and other things that I have done on my own. I'm next in line - I meet with the surgeon on April 4th.

My hubby had his surgery with Dr. Overcash on October 29, 2001. He is doing pretty good. When they went in they found that he had a mass on his gall bladder so they took it out. The doctor doesn't think it is cancerous. Jim was in hospital a few monthes ago with pain in his side and they were unable to determine what was wrong with him due to his large size and not being able to do an MRI on him. I guess we found out now what was causing his pain :). Jim has had the breathing tube taken out now and hopefully today will get the rest of the tubes taken out. Will update when I know more.
