Need help, plz advice!!

Hi all, I am stomped and don't know if I did anything wrong. I was placed on the Phase III of the diet and immediately stopped dropping lbs like I was before. Is this normal? Ive been the same weight now for 5 days now and before I was loosing 1.4# per day...I was constipated for a week had to take a laxative. And had my first episode of vomiting yesterday.  I get fatigued very easily and cant tolerate puree food very well...Plz advice!!!! Sorry if I'm giving too much info...Yolanda
