So I will make this short and to the point....Had Gastric Bypass on the 19th, I am home now recovering.  Started Opti fast at 300pounds and before surgery 284. No idea what I am now.

My surgeon and all the Bariatric staff were great and very informative. Surgery was at Humber River Regional Hospital. Glad to be home on the road to recovery and weigh loss. 

Special Thanks to MD Wife who referred me to the site and oddly enough was my roommate for a night.
